It's my delight to share my thoughts with you all. Am really greatful to @steemkidss for bringing this awesome contest topic which is very timely.

WHAT IS BULLY?
Bully is an action words which means blustering, browbeating and intimidating a person who is weak. It's a behaviour of a person who hurts or threatened someone smaller or less powerful. It's also a repeated harm to someone's wellbeing which is done done purposely to intimidate or threatened others.

DOES BULLY EXIST IN MY LOCALITY?
Yes it does.It's happened at the school I taught. A child bullied another kid telling him to always bring money for him everyday, other wise he will be beaten.

HAVE I BEEN BULLIED BEFORE?
Yes. My course mate bullied me when i was in first year in higher institution. He always bullied me by using abusive words with me using their language to abusive me and carrying my drawing instruments such as T-square, scale rule and tracing pen which were very costly. If I try asking him, he threaten to stab with me with those instruments. And this happened not once or twice. I felt so bad to the point that i decided to go to my brother in-law who was a lecturer in that school and reported to him, he brought me to my HOD. The hod called him and cautioned him and gave him only 1 hour to returned those instruments and he did just so.Since then he stopped bullying me.

HOW CAN KIDS WIN OVER THEIR BULLIES? MUST THEY FIGHT THEM TO WIN? OR ANY OTHER MEANS?
Kids can overcome or win over their bullies by not being fearful, they don't have to respond to any criticism, they have to report to their parents in order to coach them on how to react, they also have to meet with their school administrators and class teacher and report the issues for help. When the want to be bullied, showing smiling face can weaken the bullies instead of fighting.

WHAT FORMS DOES BULLY TAKES?
Bully actually take many forms such as these;

• Emotional bullying

• Physical bullying

• Sexual bullying

• Prejudicial bullying

• Verbal bullying

• Cyber bullying and a lot more.

WHY ARE YOUNG ONES BEING BULLIED?
Young ones are being bullied based on the fact that, the bullies want to feel more powerful and be in control, they want to feel self-esteem in order for others to bow down to them, they also want others be unhappy especially when they themselves are unhappy. Bullies do not have any little bit of empathy for others as such, they want to bully others in order to be or behave like them.

WHAT ARE THE EFFECTS OF BULLYING?
The following are the forms of bullying:

• Discouraged
• feel depressed, sad and down hearted.
• feel lonely and helpless.
• sometimes feel guilty and blaming his or her self for being bullied.
• unsafe.

WHAT ARE THE SOLUTIONS TO BULLYING?
Teachers especially a kid's class teacher, schools administrators and guidance can put a stop by telling the bullies'parents and as well expelled from the school if they try to bully other kids. They should reported to the school authority for the necessary action to take place.
Parents please always tell your kids not to stay alone in order to avoid being bullied rather they should make good and intelligent friends that will help them and shield from bullies.
