Let's do it..... Do it yourself 👉 craft creativity drawing origami diy recycling and more
Greetings to you all and I hope you are all doing well and fine, It's @emmaboy23 from Nigeria and today I will be taking part in this contest organized by our dear @mesola in @steemkidsnparents by crafting a flower vase made from coloured paper. Crafting is an art that allows individuals to express their creativity while using simple materials to produce something beautiful and functional. Today I present to you a flower vase made from coloured paper and here are the steps I took to achieve this.
MATERIALS
• scissors
• clipboard
• HB pencil
• colour paper
• glitter paper
• Gum
• plastic glass
• white paper
Step by step process
step I
First I gathered my necessary materials, then I began to cut my glitter paper into thin stripes and then I cut a rectangular green coloured paper.
step 2
After that I then measured 2 cm at the end of my rectangular green paper to give a little space, then using the measurement 2 cm I then cut it and applied gum at the ending of it
step 3
Then I gummed it together and folded it to make the stem, after doing that I then used my white paper and attach it inside.
step 4
After making that part, I then took a plastic cup and attach glitter paper to it round.
step 5
Here I then put the stems of the flower to the plastic cup which I have made with glitter paper.
step 6
After doing that, I then made different flowers using different colours.
step 7
Then I applied some gum on the stem of the flower and I began to attach my flower to the stem.
After doing everything here's my final result
Creating a flower vase from coloured paper is an enjoyable and fulfilling activity that encourages the use of imagination and craft skills. I hope you all enjoyed reading through, that's all for today until next time. I would love to invite @shawlin @caringmanasseh @mhizta and @us-andrew to also partake in this contest.
