Doesn't make the best impression, if you know what I mean... Be so kind and give us an update on your brother's condition and treatment! We don't want to leave you alone, but we need some proof for our donors.
Though I didn't intentionally refused to answer his question. Is just that my attention was not drawn to that his question that was why I didn't reply him on time as expected. Though I have just replied him.

Look - we are certainly not coming from Germany to Nigeria to convince ourselves that everything is right. You're not a scammer, you say: I want to believe you. Because there are too many of them. Since you are the one asking for help, it would be comparatively easy for you to prove the current state of affairs to us. It's okay if you don't want to do that. But it's just as okay if we pull back.
Not like that, my brother is still on dialysis, I even said it in the appreciation post I made, besides it has not been long the little help of 30 steem was given to me. And I even said it in the post that I withdrew the steem to complete one session of dialysis that day because we have no money again...so I wonder why he is attacking me as if I am not truthful.
Nobody is attacking you. We ask - in a friendly and explanatory manner - for current prescriptions, doctor's letters and bills. Emphasis: current. Many Steemians, even the big accounts, are willing to get involved and really help. If they are convinced of a problematic situation and it is not simply claimed.
I have contacted schools regarding donation requests and asked about the plausibility of the descriptions given, written to doctors and always examined current photos. This is evidence that convinces donors and sponsors.

If you have to pay for dialysis regularly, you will receive bills. A cost estimate for the transplant. Show me something like this. You don't have to put your brother on public display unnecessarily.
Dear @ameh123 , I read all the comments and it seems the thing has gone beyond my expectations. First of all, you really need to understand what Smile Nigeria is and mostly about the World Smile Project. Anything supported by World Smile must be transparent and publicly auditable. It is my responsibility to make the update, hence, that the public can see its progress. But lately, it has become a bit weird to me when you argue with those who have supported you instead of answering the question properly.
As you said in the first post your brother needs to have dialysis twice a week which means you can at least have 2 new updated pictures a week showing us how it was going instead of posting the same picture in your 3 posts.
It does not need for you to go to the hospital since your first pictures were also taken from WhatsApp messages as well, you can openly tell your family that you are trying to get some help from the steemit community, and that way you can have pictures and show it publicly.
I suggest you update it properly, for it is using a charity account to support you and influence some other users who have supported you in many ways possible.
It is not a proper way to reply to a comment, and No one says you are a scammer, but they just want to know your brother's condition and want to help.
If you are not willing to tell us about it, it is all up to you then, but World Smile or Other steemian will think twice before supporting you again.

Dear @ameh123, I want you to know that no one is against you here, but if you said that your brother is in a critical condition and you need support from the Steemit community, then do what is right by updating the Steemit community, with recent pictures of your brother health and not with old pictures is all that is required of you.
