In a certain community there lived a little girl and her parents. The little girl whose name was Beauty was indeed the opposite of her name or so she thought. Beauty was 15 years of age and everyday she wakes up to the sad reality of her life.

Beauty lived with her parents and two elder siblings. Her parents were always fighting and it always ended up with one person going to the hospital which is usually her father, because at that time he was more advanced than her mom so she could over power him during fights.

Beauty lived a life of insecurity. Due to her environment and lack of parental care she developed low self esteem. She always compared herself with others and would wish she had their life. Her mom did not help matters has she would always compare her to other children this will make her feel sad and unwanted.

She grew up to always wanting to please people so she could be accepted by everyone till it was never enough. She was taken advantage of several times but there was no one to cry out to. At night she would weep and wet her pillows crying and asking God to help her and change her life till nothing.

She felt uncomfortable in her skin because she felt she was not beautiful enough. Everyone one looked better than her and she was used and manipulated by different people.All of these going on in her life was known only to her. She could not tell her parents or siblings as she would be judged for it and she had no one to turn to

She was that girl child that wanted to be loved and cared for. That girl child that knew she had potentials but it was buried down in the bowels of low self esteem. How will she come out of this miserable life? Will things ever get better for her she asks herself. Could something beautiful come out from a broken piece she ask herself. Everytime she close her eyes to pray the only thing that echoes in her mind is "Lord help me"
