Greetings dear steemians.

As a way of showing the newbies how possible it is to be impossible, I choose to run a monthly challenge that would help them and us grow our steem power on steemit. Each and everyone of us here have been challenged in one way or the other, be it in school, workplace, steemit engagement challenge, contests and other facets of our lives.

Challenges most at times spur us to do what we feel isn't possible. It helps us see our potentials as well as acknowledge the potentials of others. The aim of this challenge is for us to build our steem power. Most of us feel it's not possible to reach heights that's why we are reluctant to create contents. If you have less than 2k steem power, you can hit 2k steem power at the end of this month.

To ace this April challenge which would last for a month you must;

• develop strategies that would work for you
• not dwell on your limitations or feel it's not possible.
• be creative and smart
• engage with other users
• set positive and good goals.

In this challenge, you must set a target of how many steem power you want to make at the end of the month. You would be duly noted, followed and encouraged to get there. If your target is 2k SP and you're currently on 1500 steem power, you must set a Target steem power of more than 1700 steem power to hit at the end of the month to qualify for this challenge.

We have 4 weeks to do this and every week, the progress of participants would be announced while some who couldn't hit 25% of their target would be evicted till the April challenge is over. Three winners would be given 30 TRX and the end of the challenge. The challenge starts next week, but to open this challenge you must answer the following questions.

• Do you think this challenge would help you grow your steem power?

• How many steem power do you have currently and how to do plan growing your steem power with this challenge?

• Do you intend continuing with your current club status to join this challenge?

• How many steem power do I intend making for this challenge?

• The title of your article must be "April challenge verification post by @username"

• Mention me @bossj23 in any part of your post so that I can easily see your entry.

• Article must contain at least 300 words.

• Challenge starts on 8th April-8th May, 2023. This contest verifies you to join the challenge next week.

• Your article must be published in the Steem kids and Parents community.

• You must be following either of the following clubs #club5050 #club75 #club100 but newbies whose achievement1 post has not paid out can use the #newcomer tag.

• Use the hashtags among your first four tags #april-challenge, #steemexclusive, #yourcountry #steemgrowth

• Invite at least three users to also participate in the contest and drop the link of your entry as a comment on this post.

• Vote and resteem this post.

• Your Steem power must be less than or equal to 3000 SP

• Power up your steems on the 6th of this month.

• The contest halts on the 6th of April, 2023 by 23:59 UTC

For a start, three best post will receive 10 SP. When the challenge ends, the overall three winners will receive 30 TRX.

All valid entries may receive booming support but not guaranteed.
