Update #66: Writing Expedition ✍️, Friday - Diary Game

Hello diary....

You made Saturday 22-06-2024 to be a remarkable one. Oh yes, it was a great right from the time I woke up in the morning, very sound and sweet. I couldn't hold myself than to thank God for his Grace to see another bright day.

It has been awhile I do an exercise. After the prayer, I strengthen my muscles and bones to be more active for 30minute, my favorite indoor exercise, a bicycle ride. Take a glass of water to regain my energy to kick up my day activities.

I grab my Afang leaves gotten from home and begin to cut. The knife was ok but my baby didn't allow be to slice them as expected. Imagine this boy doing this to my Afang leaf. The funny 😆 part was when you try stopping him, he will do it the more.

And the sweater part of it was when he sees you packing the ones in the floor back to the bowl, he will follow you and do the same. I guess I enjoy his companion as he make the slicing smooth and fast.

When I was done, I quickly refresh, dress, take the slicing Afang alongside with me and went to the market. First thing was to locate where to grind the Afang before going round to get other things to prepare the soup.

Coming back, the preparation start immediately. In due time, the soup was ready. Also make the baby food. Then I went in to refresh, eat the meal, feed the baby and get ready to leave for my friend marriage.

I got to the marriage venue successful and witness the traditional marriage right from the beginning to the end. In the marriage, every traditional rite was done according. The family of the bride publicly handed over their daughter to the groom family.

The groom family accepted the bride into the family as their daughter in-law. The couple didn't so we'll to entertain their guests and at the end the groom and the bride said a word of appreciation to all the people who came out to share with their Joy.

Returning back, I aided to the church for choir rehearsal which lasted for 2hours. After the rehearsal, I return back home by 8:02pm. What a wonderful journey I had.
