What is a Hybrid Block Chain?

The Hybrid Block Chain is a Block Chain which comprises of both the Public Blockchain and the Private Blockchain. This is a systemic block chain which is designed to operate on a non permissionless system in conjunction with a permissionless one. In this type of Blockchain although comprising of both public and private blockchain all data within it may not be entirely available for public disposal, they can still be accessed but through some certain contracts, and also in a Hybrid Blockchain all data components or files cannot be changed or adjusted.

The Advantages of a Hybrid Blockchain

The merits of a hybrid block chain are listed below :

• The capital being generated by the system is cheap.
• Data of users are unavailable to other users.
• All stored information in this system cannot be altered.
• It runs in a closed system,its data cannot be easily hacked.

Disadvantages of a Hybrid Blockchain

The demerits are listed down below:

• Users make no profits from this system.
• Improving a hybrid block chain to another level takes a large toll on funds.

Consortium Block Chain

This Blockchain is said to be a private Blockchain, Its not a personal asset that can be acquired and run by by just a single individual. it is a block chain that is only owned by companies.

Pros of a Consortium Block Chain

• Consortium block chain is highly secured than the public block chain.
• The rate of efficiency is top notch.
• Company owners are given control over the system and its users first get an authorization before being handed down some Information .

Cons of a Consortium Block Chain

1. This block chain isn’t straight forward or transparent.
2. System build up and regulations affect optimal and efficient use of the network.
3. Already having programmed nodes, it comes as a disadvantage because if the node within the block chain is bypassed there will be serious issues with the network.
