Happiness trigger a lot of things when someone is happy according to science the happy chemicals are secret such as Dopamine which make the whole body at a trigger up
Happiness is derived from a lot of reason
I just received a job as a scropture designer i just got a contract that really made me happy. My sister also celebrating her birthday this combined gave me a lot of joy
Also been alive is another reason to be happy so they are a lot of reasons I'm happy.
I'm planning very well on how to share my happiness and who and where to celebrate it, first i will be going to orphanage home to celebrate with them , cos it's not easy for someone to come into this life without a family and i know how depressing it can be to that effect i will visit the orphanage home and celebrate with the orphanage.

sharing my happiness can be anything cos i really need to plan about it and share happiness in a propera and better way that will give me joy and gladness
Xmas is on the corner and i will also share in the happiness that my saviour was born on Christmas day and I'm glad that his birth give room to my salvation.
I'm planning to prepare a delicious food, our local delicacy known as white soup with enough meat and semo with a bottle of spanish wine known as bravo that will make my day.

Also sharing happiness will bring more happiness, the Bible says that give and it shall be given onto you so when happiness is given out same is received in equal proportion.

my advice to all about sharing happiness, if you need help help other if you need gift, give so in simple terms if you need happiness share happiness and happiness will never sized from you household.
When sharing happiness do it with a pure heart and sincerity when that is done happiness will be boundless.

I agree with you that being happy all the time creates good hormones and chemicals in our body which makes us healthy and young.
