It is always an opportunity to always participate in any Steemit contest and today I will be sharing with us my entry to one of the contests below.

Looking back to my life, I will say I have actually gotten a lot of life changing advice that all of them actually stand out for me but just for note, I will be pointing out some of the golden advice I have received. The first I actually received is for me to always focus on what I can control and let go of what I can not actually control. That is one of the best advice I have received.

Talking about how the advice have really shaped and changed my life, I will say in many ways because one of the ways is the fact that it has actually helped to channel my energy to the right path and make sure that I am not making mistakes in taking some steps. It is very vital and needed. In fact it has gone a long way to filter out the type of friends I actually have I must confess.

Just like I said earlier, there are a whole lot of ways the advice have really shaped me beyond what I can ever imagine of actually. The first is the fact that it has really helped to actually improve my mental health. After receiving the advice, I actually discovered that I begin to channel my energy to the right way and medium I need to channel it to instead of wasting time.

It has also helped me to deal with stress and unnecessary anxiety in life. The second one is that it has actually helped me to enhance my productivity in several ways that I will not have actually imagine. The first is that it has actually helped me to let go of unnecessary distractions and have helped me to be able to focus on that which will help me in life. I now know the task I should attend to and the one I should actually let go.

This particular advice was actually given to me by my mentor and that was when I was actually facing tough and challenging period in my life. So this mentor which have vast experience and knowledge in a whole lot of things actually opened my eyes to see that there is a need for me to channel my energy to the right source and that was why he gave me that counsel and since then I have not forgotten.

There are actually a whole lot of reasons why I will say this advice is the best for me. The first is the aspect of universal application. With that advice I received from my mentor, I can effectively applied it to various aspect of my life in almost sector of this life also. Not only that it has also been able to help me to achieve inner peace which I strongly believe it is one of the most important thing not to actually choke with actually.
