Assalamu Alaikum how are you all? Hope you are well. Alhamdulillah I am also fine and enjoying the rain in this monsoon season. Today I'm here to take on the Steam Kids & Parents Community Engagement Challenge on Discipline. Let's discuss discipline in detail.
How do you see discipline?
Discipline means following the rules and regulations properly and at the same time acting according to the rules. For me, order is a means of success. If you can manage your life within the rules and chain then your success is pretty much assured. Like when I was a child I was very naughty like I used to do things contrary to what my parents told me. If I was told to sleep at noon, I would not sleep at all that day. It seemed to me like a life-sustaining process at the time, but later I realized I was wrong.
Have you been disciplined before or have you ever disciplined someone?
I have seen very few people who are already disciplined. We are taught discipline and discipline from a young age by our parents and school teachers. Many of us follow that and many of us cannot accept it. I had to receive many disciplinary punishments for this breach of discipline. At school, sir, I was once suspended for indiscipline. We may not take it easy but maintaining regulatory compliance becomes stressful. I also now advise my younger ones that discipline and discipline are very important for success. Many mean it and many don't.
Whether you love or hate discipline, how is it given?
Of course I see discipline as love because you can or can discipline or admonish only those who wish me well and whom I wish well. As mentioned above, discipline can be a means of success. We can achieve maximum success only if we do what we plan with discipline. So there is no question of taking discipline as hate. Discipline has to be taken as love if you want to do good.
Do you think discipline is beneficial for children?
Yes, I believe it wholeheartedly. It is very beneficial for a child, there is no substitute for building the child's future. If children are not taught discipline now, it is not possible to discipline them later. Many people say that what children can master very easily, old people can't even with much effort. So it is very important for them at a young age. Discipline needs to be taught through positive encouragement rather than fear of children such as praising the child's work and giving gifts for good work.
Your personal advice for those who give discipline and those who receive it.
My advice to those who teach discipline is don't instill fear in children while teaching discipline. Teach discipline in a positive way that takes into account the child's emotional state. Don't put your responsibility on them.
Now comes the advice to those who adopt discipline Discipline and discipline are the ones who want to teach you who wish you good and bright future. So you accept it with love without considering it oppression, it is your good.
Finally, discipline is not for one day, try to maintain it throughout your life.

Sounds poetic and your view remains valid. Imagine what will happen if all kids get to do what the want and what they like, how they like and when the like.
