Application for The Communities of the Month Support Program

Steemit Team here is our application for the Community of The Month Support Program.

Steeming Community Purpose
Steeming Community previously was a general blogging community on Steemit that supported all Steemit users from around the globe. Our goal was solely to become a self-sustainable community on Steemit. We have come to realize that there are many communities around Steemit with the same theme and we decided to narrow down our community purpose to a community that shares life hacks and discoveries in their daily life or life experiences. We think our community purpose is unique as there are currently no other communities that cover the same subject.

People should be joining Steeming Community as they will not only enhance their life with all the life hacks and discoveries that are shared by our community members, they also will be part of a community that strives to be self-sustainable and we have good support to our community members that active on Steemit and also in our discord server.
Our active members will be given priority to our Charity Program that we have at @steemingcharity account.

Community Team
Steeming Community Team consist of @cryptokannon as a founder of the community and she is being assisted by 8 others active moderators.
@imamalkimas from Indonesia : he is fluent in Indonesian languages and understand English well
@juichi from Philippine currently residing in Japan : he is fluent in Tagalog and English
@fabio2614 from Philippine : she is fluent in Tagalog and English
@boss75 from Bangladesh : he is fluent in Bengali and good in English
@advhl from Venezuela : she is fluent in Spanish and understand English
@jesusremaj7 from Venezuela : he is fluent is Spanish and understand English
@psicoparedes from Venezuela : he is fluent in Spanish and English
@alejos7ven from Venezuela : he is fluent in Spanish and English
@cryptokannon from Malaysia currently residing in Japan : she is good in Bahasa Melayu and English

We set aside 20% of the 50% SBD payout reward for the moderator incentive. We pay them on a biweekly or monthly basis depending on our community curation earning from the 50% SBD post payout rewards.

Besides this liquid steem rewards, our moderators that organize any contest in the community also get 10% of the contest's announcement and winners announcement post payout.
Then lastly, our moderators will get incentives through their community post picks of the day (they will publish this post in rotation) that will then be selected for booming curation.

Currently @cryptokannon steemitblog and steemcurator01 are the Admins of Steeming Community. They may do what is appropriate just in case the founder admin @cryptokannon somehow gone or left..

Community Curation Account
@steemingcuration is our community curation account and currently have about 6,603 SP of its own and 32,224 SP delegated to it.

Our plan for growing the SP of the account is by encouraging our community members to delegate to this community curation account.
Next is by asking all members to put 30% of their post payout at Steeming Community to @steemingcuration.
We recently try joining the curation program on Nutbox.io that offered to upvote the post of their delegator. We will see if this is worth participating in.

Currently, the post rewards from @steemingcuration account that is from the 50% SBD reward ; 30% of it converted to Steem for power up then 20% for the team incentives, 40% for delegators payout and community contest prizes and 10% of it to @steemingcharity account.
The other 50%SP reward is just as it is as we want to grow the account SP as much as possible.

All of the moderators currently have the posting key and only @fabio2614 and @alejos7ven for the active key as they are helping the admin founder to distribute the contest prize and also setting up some script bot for our curation trail.
@alejos7ven has set up voting bot that all of our team moderators can use to upvote our community members with the command of !zen x% and each mod with limited bandwidth to decrease the voting abuse attempt. Currently only @cryptokannon holds the master password for this community curation account.

According to https://steemworld.org/@steemingcuration @steemingcuration has 13.4 Voting CSI.
All of our moderators have the privilege of having their post upvote once a day with full 100% VP then to our delegators based on their SP amount delegated and to our community members. If we have some VP mana left for a day, our moderators will support other alliance communities such as @cotina and @japansteemit and its member's post.

Plagiarism & Abuse
We have @psicoparedes leading the plagiarism and abuse team in our community beside having help from @endingplagiarism team.
Almost 90% of our active members have verified themselves through community contests that require them to verify themselves and also they all have completed at least achievement 1 of Newcomers Community Program.
We will soon having all our verified members with a checkmark in our community to further strengthen this effort.
We have constantly reminded our community members to make sure that they give sources to any material such as photos or articles that is not their own.

Engagement & Commenting
Our team of moderators are required to comment on every post that they have selected for the Community Support Program of Booming Team. They have commented on all of the contest entry posts too.
We have encouraged our community members to engage more in the community by having the policy of : To receive support for their post in the community, the members are required to comment and upvote at least 3 other communities members before promoting their post at our discord server promotion channel.

Plans & Updates
Founder admin usually do the monthly update on community budget and delegators payout and biweekly update for the delegation and the activities in the community. Our latest monthly update is here Monthly Report on Steeming Budget & Delegators payout of June 2021
We have plans that all of the team members and encourage our community members to invite the bloggers from traditional sites such as WordPress or blogspot.com to be our guest writers and covering our community theme/niche on their guest post.
We will be supporting them with the community support program that we receive and helping them set up their steem account and handing over the master password so they can use it later on to claim their post payout reward or better, joining our community. We will then send the guest post payout to this newly created account hoping they will come in and use their own steem account to publish posts at Steemit someday.

Promotion
Some of our team moderators have been doing a promotion of our community through our steemingcharity outreach program. We are planning to fund our team moderators with other promotional materials such as t-shirt and caps that have our community official logo with steem on them and special mention of steemit logo as a sponsor too if the team allows it.
We are planning to have a youtube channel for Steeming Community where we will be featuring our community best post and having some comments on it. We will create other promotional videos, tutorials and guides through the channel too. This is all still work in progress..
We have been from the beginning only allow #steemexclusive posts in our community and we will continue to do so.
We feel that our community should be given the support as we are not here to solely milking the steem blockchain reward pool but we are committed to working together as a community member of the Steem blockchain community, doing our part so Steem blockchain would exist and prosper as long as it possibly can.

We are hoping that the Steemit team will take our community into consideration on receiving this Community of the Month Support Program. We welcome any feedback or any request that your team requires us to do for the improvement of the community as a whole.
