INTRODUCTION

I've always mentioned how happy I am to be a part of the steemit.com community,and I believe this contest will enable me help out the community in my own little way with these few suggestions of mine.
Steemit is a platform that has a system that is well regulated,it also has committed managers and coordinators,who ensure that we don't run out of activities/contests,and I would like the coordinators to know that I celebrate you for this.

As a member of the steem community,what improvement would you like to see on the social platform steemit.com?

From my own opinion,steemit is already doing well,but we can be better.
We could improve in the area of curating by the various curators. I know it's not easy to be a curator,with the multiple responsibilities and all that,but making post on this platform is actually taxing and it can be discouraging when after taking out time to make a post and it ends up not being upvoted well,or not all. I know that as community members,we should strive to contribute to the community by making creative and valuable posts,but in order for one to give in their best,they should be encouraged and supported more.

Which other features,tools, improvements and functionalities do you believe will benefit the user experience?

For easy access to one's steemit account with a new device,I think the platform should come up with a means of changing your private posting key and the other keys to anything else a member would like to change it to. I understand the security measures that are being taken,but the long strand of gibberish for password can be tiring.

Another thing I want to add,is that: it would be awesome if steemit.com could get her own application on Google play store. Possibly,an app that can be linked to one's gmail account,for easier personalization.
Steemit could also come up with a means that allows members to private chat with each other, seeing as steemit is meant to be a social platform .

If you are the owner or manager of a steem community,tell us more about what you believe will improve the communities' update and it's management system

Well,I'm not yet a community manager,but if I were, I think one of the things I would do is to make sure that;if I'm organizing a contest,all participants must be rewarded for participating first,before specific prizes would be allocated to the winner and the runner ups .
I would also see to it that my community is managed by a group of persons,and not just myself. This will help in effective monitoring,curating and the offer of maximum support to the members of the community.
