Hair thinning and dry shampoo..

I usually not washing my hair for 1-2 days after a usual wash the previous day. I don't feel like want to wash my hair during my menstrual cycles too so at this time dry shampoo comes in handy.
I actually not a frequent user of dry shampoo. I only ever have it use on me after the massage sessions at my favorite massage parlor.
According to this article from this site dry shampoo is only to be used at 2 times maximum per week for healthy use as dry shampoo is not meant to replace usual hair washing.
I decided to try this dry shampoo on my own today after seeing them being displayed in front of the shampoo display sections during my drugstore shopping yesterday.
It is summer here and after sweating my scalps will get itchy after some time and I don't want to wash my hair too often as now I have this weak hair it seems, they fall easily. My hair getting thinner, I used to feel annoyed by my thick hair back then as it is hard for me to style it up, and now how I wish I have those healthy thick hair again.
Based on this article here there are many reasons why thinning hair issues happen and I think part of it is genetic for me(my father is bald and my mother has thinning hair issues too) and maybe my hair scalp getting sensitive now as it gets itchy and falls a lot whenever I use different types of shampoo other than a shampoo that design for sensitive scalps or for kids/baby. Other than that maybe because I'm anemic too and it all adds up. source

I bought the small size just to test it out if it suit me

I have tried castor oil treatment on my eyebrow and eyelashes back then and it's work they look thicker and then I stopped the treatment and it looks back to its usual looks again. I should do the castor oils treatment on my scalp too so the hair grows and holds better. Then start to better eat an anemia diet as to prevent is better than to cure they said..

Do you have hair thinning issues too? What is your way of treating it? Please share with me if you have some 😊

I rarely look at feminine beauty products - mainly because it scares me. However, if you and your readers are between the ages of 18 and 45 and there is no clinical reason for your hair loss, it might be a symptom of Vitamin D deficiency. The article that I have linked to has the recommended daily requirements far too low. The current literature has the suggested daily requirement as being between 4000 to 10000 I.U.

that may be some of the reasons too,I rarely going out under the sun actually.

I love your new display picture, you are lucky to wash your hair frequently ..here in Nigeria we put on protective style so washing of hair is not so frequent.

Thank you 😊 I can go for max of 2 days only for no hair wash day as my scalp will get super itchy if I go more

Today I washed my hair with shampoo and conditioner. I've got thick hair and it grows sort of fast too. My father has got a good hair so I do not expect to be bald soon hehe. I think my genetic is good, but on the other hand, it is quite difficult for me to gain some weight. I am very slim, and I want to weigh more to be healthier, but it's been the challenge of a lifetime for me. Perhaps when I grow up, I may get some more weight, but now it's been impossible for me. Greetings mam 😊

You're still young and wait until you are past 30... 😁but maybe your genetics is good so you will be ok 😃

I will grow up and see if I can gain some 😊 perhaps the 30' are what I need hehehe, maybe it's genetic. I will be ok, I think

I keep the first rinse off rice water just enough to wash my face. No boiling or anything. Wash face with that rice rinse off water, keep it for a while on your face, let it dry itself without wipe then wash your face as usual. I rarely do this nowadays though 😅

I use a horsetail shampoo and conditioner, I bought it on 2nd street. I find it effective and now I have less hair fall. I also noticed that my hair is getting thicker.
