I'm glad you were able to come out. It gives some freedom which people don't even realize they miss until they will make that important step.

Your relationship with mother can be moderate now, she can not talk about some stuff with you, but I'm sure that if you will keep being honest, relationship will be better and better with the time. Most important thing is to not behave like it's something what should be hidden, because it's totally fine being gay. Don't let her make you feel uncomfortable, allow her for some discomfort which with time will teach her she was wrong.
