Machine Learning What is Machine Learning? Machine learning is abranch in artificial intelligence that works on it's internal structure to help it make meaning decisions based on the information that it is given. Machines learn how to make decisions, they grow based on the information or data given , they also change based on the changes to information and they develop themselves themselves based on the algorithms that the operation on. At Machine learning progresses, they are able to make decision based on previous data that is fed to them. This is what is referred to as pattern recognition.

How machine learning actually works
For the Machine Learning to work, it is given a set of data to work with which us tha sample data. It is then given another set of data to determine of it will make right decision based on thr sample data. If the answer given by tge machine is correct, it is tellinf that the algorithms for it is working well else they will have to retain the machine or make changes to the algorithms to get better results

Types of Machine Learning
There are three types of machines learning that we know so far.

1. First is supervised machine learning,in this types of machine learning the algorithm is given a set of data that is know as a way to train the algorithms train. Once it has been given data that is known we call it supervised. Once it has learned the data is is then given another set of data that is unknown to work with, if the it gives tge right answer then the algorithm works else itis retrained.
2. The unsupervised machine learning is the second typeof machine learning. In this types of machine learning, the data that is given ro the machine is not know the machine has to then look at the set of data and dind patterns in that set of data and give relevant decisions. This called unsupervised because the data being given to the machine learning algorithm is unknown.
3. The third types of learning is the reinforcement learning. In this types if learning, they machine finds new tpyes of data based on the trial and error. It then finds out which result will be giain more reward and then makes its decision. They components that make up this types of machine learning is the actions,agent and the environment. The agent makes the decision and takes the actions and all this happens by interacting in the environment.

Uses of Machine Learning
Machine learning is used in search engines to get accurate results. It is also used for real time ads that are displayed on the the Internet. It is also used to filter emails to determine which one's are spam awhich ones are important. Machines learning is also used to help in the intrusion detection systems of cybersecurity. It is also used to identify images or patterns.

Machine learning is making things easy for things like self driving cars and IoT devices and making it possible to process big data and improve our information systems.
