Human Sized Traversable Wormholes Could Be Constructed - Suggests Some Scientists

Einstein's theory of general relativity predicts a lot of Mind-boggling phenomena, like the case of a region in spacetime with the strongest possible gravitational influence such that light a massless entity cannot escape from - black hole, originally this weird object (black hole) was thought to be a mathematical artifact with no connection with our physical universe, in fact Einstein denied the possibility of such entity existing. Thanks to the advances in astronomical technologies, we now know they exist.
Another weird phenomenon which was also predicted by general relativity even as at the time black holes were first theoretically predicted was the brother to the black hole, the "wormhole" / "Einstein-Rosen bridge" - A bridge linking points in spacetime that could be astronomically far apart. This wormhole in theory could be used for faster than light travel or time travel and is commonly depicted as portals in sci-fic movies/stories.
