Is It Possible to Steal Information from the Subconscious Mind? Steem Bangladesh Contest - Creative| 30% to community

Hello friends,

This is my first article here, hope you like the subject. Today I want to share something about our subconscious mind. Is it possible to gain access to people's subconscious information in the actual world, and how?

For those of you who saw the movie "Inception", which came out in 2010, you will recall that Leonardo DiCaprio starred as a dream thief who was incredibly intelligent. He was meddling with people's dreams and stealing critical information from their subconsciouses, and he was apprehended.

Despite the fact that such a scenario does not appear to be realistic at the moment, a recent investigation into the dream reveals that it may come true at some point in the future. Before we get into the specifics of this study, let's take a look at some of the existing knowledge on sleep and dreams.

Sleep is one of our basic needs, and it is essential for our bodies' psychological and physiological well-being to get enough of it. Dreams are images, sensations, and thoughts that appear in our brain while we are sleeping and that we are unable to control. A person's sleep is split into four stages: rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, which is divided into three stages, non-REM sleep, which is divided into three stages, and waking sleep.

During a typical night's sleep, REM and non-REM sleep alternate in cycles with each other. The length of these cycles varies from one person to the next depending on their circumstances.

The most vivid dreams occur during rapid eye movement (REM) sleep. When it comes to reality, dreaming can occur at any stage of sleep. These dreams, on the other hand, are not as vivid, intertwined, or remembered as those that occur during rapid eye movement sleep. The explanation for this is that brain functions are more active during REM sleep than they are during other stages of sleep.

The voluntary muscles of the body, with the exception of the eye muscles, are unable to move at this point, resulting in partial paralysis. According to some theories, the purpose of these restrictions is to protect people from potential dangers associated with acting upon their desires.

What causes us to dream and what benefits dreaming can have on our health are both a mystery. According to earlier sleep study, people are conscious of the fact that they are dreaming from time to time.

Let's take a look at a recent study that has us questioning whether or not the movie Inception is authentic. Northwestern University's Ken Paller and colleagues conducted the research in four countries (France, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United States) over a period of two years. Those who took part in the study, which included 36 volunteers, were taught how to become cognizant of their dreams at the beginning of the process.

Afterwards, the subjects' brain activities while sleeping were recorded using an EEG equipment, which records electrically the brain waves of those who were participating. The patients were roused from their REM sleep by a variety of means, including sound, flashing lights, and physical contact.

After a few questions, the individuals were roused, and their post-dream experiences were recorded as part of the study's overall objective. It has been reported that some dreamers have incorporated the questions they have been asked into their imaginations. According to one participant, he was driving when he heard the math question on the radio and decided to answer it.

Until recently, dream study was restricted to what a person remembered about their dreams after they woke up. A detrimental influence was found in the experiments when unremembered sections of dreams were encountered by participants.

We may say that this experiment advances the field of dream study despite the fact that the concept of stealing crucial information while people are dreaming is far-fetched.

I invite @peerfaizan, @sarahjay1 and @ibr456 to the contest.
