Application for Booming Support by Steem Bangladesh
Greetings everyone,
Today I am going to apply for the monthly community support on behalf of the Steem Bangladesh community. I will try to give all the information that is needed for the application. At first, I want to thank @steemitblog for the arrangement of this monthly support program. I hope this will help new communities to grow more effectively.
Community Purpose
Steem Bangladesh is a country community in Bangladesh. Our community is the first and largest community in Bangladesh. Our goal is to work with all the people of Bangladesh together. We will all work together to brighten the name of our country. We encourage everyone to make high-quality posts and promised to support the selected posts every day.

The Moderators of our community have been conducting all the activities of the community with utmost sincerity and honesty. So we gave them STEEM every week. It makes them more empathetic towards work.
Community Curation Account
Our community has a curation account, @steemit-bd. Its current SP is 11,398.67 (1020.678 own and 10421.50 from delegates). With this, we try to support everyone equally. Every day curation account is used. This does not waste the power of the curation account. We try to pay enough attention to this. Because this is a very important issue.
Currently, we have a Voting CSI of 4.5 (from Steemworld.org) 72 upvotes and 32 accounts on average every week. We vote with the @steemit-bd community curation account. It is possible to support everyone but it requires more SP that's why we power up and also ask users for delegation. Post rewards are used to pay moderators and the rest is powered up. We also have the ambition to avoid beneficiaries if we get support. A part of which we power up for the growth of our community curation account. Thus, according to the plans, we are growing the curation account.
Plagiarism & Abuse
Plagiarism is currently one of the major problems. The @endingplagiarism has taken a very nice initiative to prevent this which is very commendable. Plagiarism is constantly checked in our community. @sohanurrahman, & @toufiq777 work with it. We try to check plagiarism in each post. If someone publishes plagiarised content, we warned him in the 1st step. But if he does it again then must be muted in our community. This has greatly reduced the amount of plagiarism in our community.
Engagement & Commenting
Visiting every post in the community is a very important task. Our moderators are working well on this. We try to comment on every post in the community. Almost every users of the community also make comments. If there is any mistake, the user is caught through the comment. In this way, our team visits almost all the posts.
Plans & Updates
To keep our community active and how attract members here on the Steemit platform, we Admins and Moderators (@sohanurrahman, and @toufiq777) always come up with different types of plans and initiatives.
In addition to booming support, we are using our community curation account @steemit-bd account to support everyone. We try to make sure that all the posts in our community are generously curated.
We currently have a community curation account @steemit-bd with Steem power of 11,398.67 SP (997.18 own and 10,401.50 from delegates). We have a long-term plan to increase its SP to 100K SP. So that we can support everyone. For this, we power up the rewards from the community blog account. So, @steemitblog's support is very necessary for our quick improvement.
Promotion
Community promotion is a very important issue. We promote Steemit through social media, sponsoring sports, and arranging meet-up events. We got an extremely good reactions from others. Our active members were very low in the beginning but due to these campaigns, the number of subscribers and active members kept increasing. Not only that, we have tried to make everyone at the regional level aware of the Steemit platform. Let me share some photographs of our promotional activities.
Anything Else
In addition to the above activities, we try to raise awareness among our fellow steemians about the significance of steem power-up, joining a club (club5050/club75/club100), using copyright-free images, making good comments, making original content, being active, following @steemitblog and try to be engaged as much as possible for the growth of this best social media platform.
We have many more plans. If we want to implement them, we can't do it without the support of Steemitblog. Hopefully, Steemitblog will support our work and activities and it will be encouraging for us.

Steem Bangladesh কমিউনিটি বাংলাদেশের মধ্যে একটি অন্যতম কমিউনিটি। এখানে বাংলাদেশের সর্বোচ্চ ইউজার পোস্ট করে থাকে। সুতরাং আমি মনে করি এই কমিউনিটি মান্থলি সাপোর্টার জন্য উপযুক্ত।
