Application for Steem Bangladesh Monthly Support Program

Greetings everyone,

Today I am going to apply for the monthly community support on behalf of the Steem Bangladesh community. I will try to give all the information that is needed for the application. At first, I want to thank @steemitblog for the arrangement of this monthly support program. I hope this will help new communities to grow more effectively.

Community Purpose

Steem Bangladesh is a country community of Bangladesh. Our community is the first and largest community in Bangladesh. Our goal is to work with all the people of Bangladesh together. We will all work together to brighten the name of our country. We encouraged everyone to make high-quality posts and promised to support the selected posts every day.

We want to move forward together with all the people of Bangladesh. That is why we are continuously carrying out various promotional activities in a regional way. We always try to be by the side of new users with multiple suggestions. At Steemit, we want to establish this as the only regional community in Bangladesh. That's why we manage our promotional activities very strongly. Hopefully, we can bring many more people to the Steemit platform who will work here honestly and become self-sufficient by earning.

Steem Bangladesh also has various social activities. As we have our official BD-Charity account for the help of poor and helpless people of Bangladesh. From there, we arranged a one-time meal for the poor from a fixed budget each week.

The Leadership panel of our community has been conducting all the activities of the community with utmost sincerity and honesty. So, I gave them STEEM every week for their contribution to the community. It makes them more empathetic towards their work.

Community Curation Account

Our community has a curation account, @steem-bangladesh. Its current 25,785.62 SP (12,030.29 own and 13,765.34 from delegates). With this, I try to support everyone equally. Every day 20% MANA of curation account is used. This does not waste the power of the curation account. I try to pay enough attention to this because this is a significant issue.

As you can see I am able to increase our power 1123 SP. Last month our curation account has 10907 SP and it is 12030 SP. I think it is possible to increase if steemitblog supports us.

Currently, we have our Voting CSI 16.0 (from Steemworld.org) and 93 accounts on average every week. I vote with the @steem-bangladesh community curation account. It is possible to support everyone, but it requires more SP; that's why we power up and ask users for delegation. Post rewards are used to pay delegators and moderators, and the rest is powered up. We also have an initiative with beneficiaries at 18% @steem-bangladesh community curation account. A part of which I power up for the growth of our community curation account. Thus, according to the plans, we are growing the curation account.

Plagiarism & Abuse

Plagiarism is currently one of the significant problems. Plagiarism is constantly checked in our community. Our admin @masumrbd and I work with it and pay a visit to almost every post in our community. We try to prevent plagiarism in each post. If someone has plagiarism, he is warned in the 1st step. But if he does plagiarism again, then he must be muted in our community.

Currently, plagiarism is reduced in our community because we warn and mute the plagiarists. That's why everyone is cautious they know the plagiarist account will be muted in our community.

Engagement & Commenting

There are a lot of posts every day in the community. Apart from our Bengali, members of foreign countries also post us here because Steem Bangladesh is a community known to everyone. So, visiting every post in the community is a vital task. Our admin panel is working well on this. We try to comment on every post in the community. Almost 90 percent of the community commented on the post. If there is any mistake, the user is caught through the comment. In this way, our team visits almost all the posts.

Everyone is encouraged to post more by commenting on their posts. I think criticizing a user in his post will make him more inspired and more interested in posting. That's why we try to comment on almost all posts and encourage others to engage in all users' posts.

Plans & Updates

To keep our community active and attract members here on the Steemit platform, we Admins and Moderators (@toufiq777, @abuahmad, @sobuj28 & @masumrbd) always come up with different types of plans and initiatives. A few days ago, our community got Tier 1, through which we can give 5 Booming support every day. We announced this through an announcement post that the top 5 posts will be selected every day and they will be given booming support. The post has been translated into both Bengali and English so that all language-speaking people can read and understand it.

In addition to booming support, we are using our community curation account @steem-bangladesh and Steemcurator07 account to support everyone. We try to make sure that all the posts in our community are well curated.

We currently have a community curation account @steem-bangladesh SP with SP is 25,785.62 (12,030.29 own and 13,765.34 from delegates). So we have a long-term plan to increase its SP to 100K SP. So that we can support everyone by supporting ourselves, for this, we power up the rewards from the community blog account and the 18% beneficiaries per post. So, @steemitblog's support is essential for our quick support.

Promotion

We always organize something with community promotion. We hosted one events in 22 October 2021. The event is based on Power Up. I appriciate the steemitblog's step on club5050. This is very helpful to increase our power and steemitblog helps us to do it. We also try to promote the following quoto from steemitblog-

Anything Else

We have an official account @bd-charity account through which we help the poor and needy people. There are plans to work with it for various developmental works of the society. We take 2% mandator beneficiaries from every post in the community to the @bd-charity account so that we can help the poor. However, many are happy with more beneficiaries. By doing this, we get more STEEM and can continue to help.

An active member of steemit, @sajjadsohan 's friend's sister's newborn baby has been in ICU for the past ten days. The child has malnutrition problems. Cause he was born before the delivery date. He has been admitted to KC Hospital & Diagnostic Center Ltd since his birth. The child is in critical situation right now. ^Source

We regularly publish the report of the work done with BD Charity with that bd-charity account. But the good news is that our representatives are acting of their own will, we don't have to spend any money on that. Steemitblog visits our projects, and when we get the support, we get inspired and do more and more. We hope Steemitblog will support us again and help us continue our work.
