Contest:write a short story taken from your life

My name is nonche, I am a 25years old lady who grew up supervised by just a single parent. My dad left mum when I was just 15 years old and since then, mom has been the one responsible for my upbringing. The kind of life I experienced during childhood is not like that of other kids. Mom and I will go out to peoples houses, Clean, cook and even wash so we can feed and safe up so I go to school. I started going out for such works alone without mum when I turned 16. Sometimes I will skip school so I can work especially when Mom fell ill. Aside that. One day, I left home with mom, we meet with an accident. I was just 16 when it happened. Mom was rushed to the hospital but unfortunately for us, she couldn’t walk again. We used all our savings for her treatment and also to purchase a wheelchair. Life returned to a fresh start because there was no money left for school and food. I dropped buying and selling and concentrated on chores for people till I was 17. One day, I met this guy who led my into drugs ,I started doing all sort of bad stuff till one day I ran into trouble nobody was there but my poor mum since that day my life change around I went back to school and today I have something doing
