- More or less everyone likes to eat phuchka. However,it is a very favorite food for women.fuchka of 40-50 rupees is always eaten on the side of the road. However,if you want,you can mak and eat this phuchka sitting at home.we have a recipe for making fuchka at home.
Congrats-
fuchka making materials-
- flour -1 cup
- semolina -1cup
- talmakhna -1 teaspoon
- sultan-1 teaspoon (quantity)
- water-2 cups (quantity)
Method for trying oil-
- Mix all the ingredients except oil together and make a little hard lump and cover to 15/20 minutes, then eat the sand info small round s like bread, the bread s are thin, fuchka should be fried in hot deep oil with medium aches. How to make fluffy water-
- water-5 cups
- tamarind extract-2 tablespoon s

- Beet sult -1 tablespoons
How to make pur -
- Pouble/ boot Boiled
- Boiled potato paste -1cup
- spices-1 teaspoon
- chilling powder-1 teaspoon
- bit sallt -01 teaspoon
- salt - in moderation
Method:
Blend all the water making ingredients together well. Now add 3-4 cops of water if better all the spices together to make pur.Make a hole in the middle of the dried puffer with light finger pressure, fill it and keep eating it with tamarind water.
