Hi steemians and friend in steemit, is my delight to in this community known as steem bangladesh. I am about to post and give my knowledge about health, fitness, sport, leisure, food and travel in this community, greeting once again. I am inviting @deben and @chukwu10
HEALTH
Health is defined as a state of being extremely free illness or sickness, it is also defined as a state of complete physical, mental and social well being. In health there are three types of health they are Mental, Social and Physical Health
- It make the body free from longtime illness.
- Fights Disease. Working out and eating right are a powerful duo when it comes to the longevity of health because it helps the body prevent disease
- It improve the brain system and reduce stress.
- It makes the immune system strong
- Good Hygiene: This is cleaning of the body and keeping also our personal belonging clean
- Balance Diet: This is eating clean or good food that nourish our body and eating food that contain the six classes of food which are: Carbohydrate, Protein, Fat and Oil, Mineral, Vitamin and Water.
- Checking of Immune: To be healthy, it is good to check our body through they following way: lab test, Scanning, etc
- Regular Exercisers: this means, it is good to be doing exercise always, so that our body will be psychically fitted.
Health is said to be wealth because of some reason.
- Without health nobody can stand the chance to be wealthy
- When someone's body is in abnormal state, he/she might try to cure it and might spend the whole of wealth, he/she acquired. Then it will lead the person to be suffering from poverty.
- When someone is healthy, he might go forward in acquiring more wealth.
So in this post, i am advising everyboody to be healthy, because when someone is not healthy, the person is not wealthy
and this might lead to dead.
