CONTEST: Write a Short Story Taken From Yourp Life|| Nostalgia Edition by @faithilyn
Thank you so much @abuahmad together with @steem-bangladesh for organising this wonderful contest. Am sure we all have that part of our lives that when we look back we are either sad or happy.
For me when I look back at my youth days, I just wish the clock can turn back because they were really wonderful days.
These were days where I was working, so I was earning money yet I had no much responsibilities. So I used to stay alone in my apartment and I would do whatever I wanted without any hinderance. I would go out with friends and have fun untill late without having to worry about anyone because I was staying alone. I would also eat whatever I wanted because the budget was small and I could handle.
On Saturdays when I didn't work I would watch movies from morning till late in the night without doing any house chore . With food I would just call on those people who do deliveries and I was good to go😀😀. By the way sometimes I would sleep on the couch while watching and then the movie ends up watching me😲😄😄 till morning without even bathing😄😄😄. Those were really funny and free days. I miss them sometimes.
Now that am married and I have alot of responsibilities sometimes I don't even get time to go out with my friends because I have to stay at home and take care of my babies and also some times run some errands. With this many of my friends have felt neglected and in return have cut off communication with me.
It hurts to loose friends but also marriage is very important, it is ordained of God and I can't take it for granted. As a married woman I don't have to run away from my responsibilities because I still want to live like a single person. I am indeed happy that I had that fun in my youth time. This time is now to enjoy as a family lady😄😄. We try as much as we can to create the joy and happiness we need at home. And just like that life goes on.
I would like to invite @kyara2 and @brendakim to come and take part in this wonderful contest.
