BD Charity New Project: Let's Come Forward To Save @emranhasan's Child
Assalamu Alaikum. We hope everyone is well and sound in this tough coronavirus pandemic situation. Today, we are going to share a bad news with you.
Emran Hasan (@emranhasan), an actice member of Steemit Platform was blessed with a child son on July 14, 2021. But the newborn baby was diagnosed with pneumonia and shortness of breath. At the same time infection is also found in the blood of the child.
The Newborn Child
In this situation, the child was admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) of MR Khan Hospital as soon as possible and was kept on oxygen support.
Case Summary Of The Newborn Baby
After staying in MR Khan Hospital for 4 days, the doctors there advised them to take the child to Ayesha Memorial Hospital for better treatment. The baby was later taken quickly to Ayesha Memorial Hospital on the advice of a doctor. Although the medical system there was good, but Emran Hasan's family could not continue the treatment of that child in the hospital due to the daily skyrocketing expenses. The baby was kept at Ayesha Memorial Hospital for a total of 4 days at a total cost of approximately 130,000 BDT (1500 USD) and more.
Cost Calculation
Unable to cope with the cost, the newborn child was brought back to MR Khan Hospital. The child is currently undergoing treatment there. In this situation, it is costing 8 to 10 thousand bangladeshi taka (90-120 USD) for the child's treatment every day and the approximate due payment has already reached to 100000 BDT (1200 USD/3000 Steem) which is not possible for Emran Hasan brother to bear on his own.

এম আর খান হাসপাতালে ৪ দিন থাকার পর সেখানকার চিকিৎসকেরা উন্নত চিকিৎসার জন্য আয়েশা মেমোরিয়াল হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য পরামর্শ দেন। চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী শিশুটিকে আয়েশা মেমোরিয়াল হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়। সেখানকার চিকিৎসা ব্যাবস্থা ভালো হলেও প্রতিদিনের আকাশচুম্বী খরচের কারনে ইমরান হাসান ভাই এর পরিবার শিশুটিকে সেই হাসপাতালে রাখতে পারে নি। আয়েশা মেমোরিয়াল হাসপাতালে বাচ্চাটিকে মোট ৪ দিন রাখা হয়, এতে মোট এক লক্ষ ত্রিশ হাজারের ও বেশি খরচ হয়।
খরচের ভার সামলাতে না পেরে নবজাতক শিশুটিকে এম আর খান হাসপাতালে আবারও ফিরিয়ে আনা হয়। বর্তমানে সেখানেই বাচ্চাটির চিকিৎসা চলছে। এমতাবস্থায়, প্রতিদিন শিশুটির জন্য ৮ থেকে ১০ হাজার টাকা খরচ হচ্ছে এবং আনুমানিক খরচ ১ লক্ষ টাকার মতো হয়ে যাচ্ছে যা ইমরান হাসান ভাই এর একার পক্ষে বহন করা কোনোভাবেই সম্ভব হচ্ছে না। তাই আমরা @bd-charity এর মাধ্যমে তার পাশে দাড়ানোর চেস্টা করছি।
