Steemit is the number one blockchain social media that rewards the authors for their contributions. But here sometimes all the authors don't get rewards from all of their posts. Because all of them don't get curated.
Again for insufficient Steem Power, our community can't be able to curate the posts created by our authors. Like other community leaders and the Country Representative, we don't have a direct delegation from the steemcurators. If we had the delegations from the steemcurators then we might fully help our authors.
For this reason, to encourage the newcomers as well as to support all the authors of Steem Health Community, we are going to introduce a new system that constantly supports our authors directly.
The Instant Posting Reward System
Whenever an author will create a post in the Steem Health community, our community management team will directly send a definite amount of Steem to the wallets of the authors.
To continue in this system we will divide the authors into grades. The active authors will be promoted to the upper grades gradually if he/she continues to create posts daily. The reward amount of the upper grades are higher than the lower grades.
Author Grades and Reward Amount

| Grade D | 0.10 Steem |
| Grade C | 0.20 Steem |
| Grade B | 0.30 Steem |
| Grade A | 0.40 Steem |
The above amount of reward will be directly sent to the authors who will share their contents with Steem Health within 24 hours of publication. Share contents and get rewarded.
We are trying our best to create the best Steem Community with maximum Author Supports along with curation. if we get support from the steemcurators then we will increase the Instant Posting Reward amount furthermore.
But to continue this way the authors must have to follow the community rules. If we find an author that has violated the rules will be warned and get demotion to the lower grade. Well, plagiarism is strictly prohibited. If we found any we will just kick him/her outside our community.

No, it's okay. I am really sorry for this because I don't have enough Steem right now. That's why the reward has been deducted.
But in general, rewards are given in according to the table.
Those who have got 0.010 Steem as a Posting reward will get the remaining rewards once I get enough Steem. And I am aware of this. Thank you.
