Hello steemians I am so exited to be back again here again in these great community and I will be glad to be here again with another great discussion to receive comment and votes from you because the last post I made on hypotension was not encouraging to start with as a newbie but have not lost all hope in these community but I hope that this time will be great and speaking of the truth I learnt more than enough yesterday from my great friend@... And I will be so glad to join me and celebrate her and now am back now to continue from where I stop as I promise yesterday and we are going to discuss on the topic Hypertension and if you have been following am sure you are going to know the difference between Hypertension and hypotension.

Hypertension usually called high blood pressure (HBP) as we all know is a very a serious and severe sickness or disease, it is a condition in which the force of the artery walls is too high, it is a long terminal disease, the higher the pressure, the harder the heart has to pump. In a medical terms it is a systolic blood pressure [SBP].It is a condition in which the blood vessel have persistently raised pressure, or in which the blood move from the heart to all part of the body in the vessel. The following listed below are said to be the various causes of hypertension;
• Smoking
• Diabetes
• High salt or alcohol intake levels
• Insufficient consumption of calcium, potassium or magnesium
• Aging, stress or chronic kidney disease
• Being overweight
• Having a sedentary lifestyle.
• Stroke and brain problems
• Heart attack or heart disease and so on and the are a lot of symptoms that one must know that he or she is suffering from high blood pressure(hypertension) which are headaches, shortness of breath, nosebleeds, flushing, dizziness and so on.
Hypertension as we all know has been classified into two main types of hypertension which are primary high blood pressure which is also called essential high blood pressure which are the common ones we see around 90% of those suffering from hypertension the cause of these is unknown the doctor usually will diagnose these hypertension type after analyzing your blood pressure after three or four times of visitation to the clinic and those who suffer from these particular hypertension do not have any significant symptom but few patient do show some little symptom which are: frequent headaches, fatigue, dizziness, or nose bleeds.
While the second is caused by medical conditions or through the use of some certain drugs and these occurs when the abnormality in the arteries that supplies blood to the kidneys and the are some symptoms you will see which are: thyroid, hormonal imbalances, excess salt or alcohol intake, and finally abnormalities or tumors of the adrenal glands, some
And all other hypertension comes under these two which are:
Malignant hypertension: these is caused when the blood pressure rises so quick which causes medical emergency and these kid of people should be rushed to the hospital and these are really observed in the little fractions of Africa especially with men and woman that are pregnant and their symptoms will be numbness in the arms and leg, a headache, chest pain and blue vision
Resistant hypertensions are usually observed from people who are diabetic’s obesity or age people suffering from kidney problems. And the are also treatment that can control your high blood pressure which are;

Firstly I will start with eating of healthy foods with less salt and enough fruits
Exercise your self and take medications regularly to reduce your blood pressure
Enough clean water
Don’t smoke
Avoid stress
Monitor your blood pressure as well as praying to God to cure you completely, thanks for being with me to the end see you and have a great day.

You have increased my thoughts now, I sometimes feel weak and dizzy!
not all feeling weak means that you are suffering from hypertension, some are symptoms are also signs of being over stress but to be sure of it i will advice you to visit your doctor to know your self more ok
