Easy Remedy for Dry Cough

Dry Cough is a very painful disease. The patient coughs and sneezes but the cough does not seem to go away. The following prescription is very useful for this. I used it myself and I got a lot of relief. There are many other home remedies for cough but I will share the home prescription which benefited my cough this is my grandmother's prescription.

Sweet tablets: Finely grind turmeric and mix it with honey to make tablets. And whenever the patient has a cough, put the pills in the mouth and the cough will start to get better soon.

If the cough is from a cold, protect the head and chest from the wind. And avoid cold water. Do not eat things that produce mucus. And if the cough is in hot weather, then hot spices ,garlic onion, oil products, Avoid pickles and sugars.

Porridge lentils. Porridge Which is called khichri in simple language. It is also very easy to make and of course it is made in every home and it is very popular........you can also include Wheat, Meat , Chapatti , You can drink vegetable soup, It is very good, very healthy and has many benefits.
