It’s better to create good emotional habits than to police your thoughts....you don’t need to be careful of your own thoughts, just to get accustomed to absorbing and generating and sharing positivity and not so much negativity. And it’s always important to realize that to beyond our own definitions, it’s all neutral.

yes, just being aware of my thought without overreacting to the point of asking the government to shoot all the airplanes coming in from China. Lol
I like sharing thought-provoking issues, and not sure if that will bring positivity or negativity, well that depends on individual/consensus perspectives I think.

Just do what makes you feel happy and connected to the universe and you will move in harmony with it and it will move more in harmony with you :-)
