Hello to all my dear community of #musicforsteem, today I bring you a song that is one of my favorites in terms of lyrical content, because it expresses what a "toxic" love relationship is, its mistreatment, its senseless actions, and everything that entails, it is a harder melody than the ones I usually play, but this is one of the songs that I appreciate the most of my entire repertoire.

Its lyrics are something that came from nothing, from the rhythm... I usually write my songs from the melodies that come to my mind and not the other way around as most composers do. Because I like that the melody accompanies (in its essence) the lyrics, that they are not separate things, but that they are one for the other. That, at the moment of interpreting it, they are one.

very bitter words when you say them on the spot it makes you thirsty.

When you are in a bad mood, you only see what you lack,
when you're in a good mood, you set the bar higher,
you're never satisfied, the account is never settled,
instead of looking for solutions, you detract any opinion,
everything bothers you, everything goes wrong,
but don't try, the right one never had to try,
the mistake was mine for despairing,
and blind myself to see what I wanted and not what I should observe.

You wash your hands as Pilate did,
I was left unwilling and without strength by your outburst,
there was never a victim during this failure,
you did your deeds and I was left in the act,
only those who have been on their feet fall,
those who have not fallen is because they have crawled all their lives,
all your actions I compiled,
because you turn the page but deep down you never forget.

From ambition to greed there is a thin line,
so thin that it can be crossed in a bad move,
they can have even the same traced purpose,
but in one, yes, and in the other, no one gets hurt,
I think you forgot that detail,
or you preferred to pass over like I were dead,
it's not the way you wanted it to be and everything got screwed up,
we went through so many commas, finally it was time for the last point.

Hola a toda mi querida comunidad de #musicforsteem, hoy les traigo una canción que es de mis favoritas en cuanto a contenido lirical, ya que, expresa lo que es una relación amorosa “tóxica”, sus maltratos, sus acciones insensatas, y todo lo que eso conlleva, es una melodía más dura que las que acostumbro a tocar, pero ésta es de las canciones que más aprecio de todo mi repertorio.

Su letra es algo que surgió de la nada, del ritmo… Suelo escribir mis canciones a partir de las melodías que se me ocurren y no al revés como suelen hacer la gran mayoría de compositores. Porque me gusta que la melodía acompañe (en su esencia) a la letra, que no sean cosas separadas, sino que sean el uno para el otro. Que, al momento de interpretarla, sean uno solo.

La confianza se ve vulnerada,
al mismo tiempo que hablas a la espalda de quién amas,
si te dejé ir, no fue porque no me importara,
importancia di a las acciones y que ellas solas hablaran,
todo lo que digas pa' mi ya no vale nada,
ya que el precio es una cosa y el valor lo que te falta,
lo que tu me hiciste claro me dolió en el alma,
fue mi tiempo y mi autoestima, vi cómo se malgastaban.

No hay cómo salvar a quien no quiere ser salvado,
y si el mal está en la cabeza, siempre serás el malvado,
por más que lo intentes nunca dejarás a un lado,
el daño que has inflingido y el sufrimiento causado,
si no te arrepientes ya no hay más nada que hacer,
porque no hubo ni habrá un peor ciego que el que nunca quiso ver,
de este agua nunca beberé,
palabras muy amargas cuando las dices en el acto te da sed.

Cuando estás de malas, sólo ves lo que te falta,
cuando estás de buenas, pones la vara más alta,
nunca te conformas, la cuenta nunca se salda,
en vez de buscar soluciones, cualquier opinión detractas,
todo te molesta, todo te va mal,
pero no lo intentes, la indicada nunca tuvo que intentar,
el error fue mío por desesperar,
y cegarme a ver lo quería y no lo que debía observar.

Te lavas las manos como lo hizo Pilato,
yo quedé sin ganas y sin fuerzas por tu arrebato,
nunca hubo víctima durante este fracaso,
realizaste tus acciones y yo quedé en el acto,
sólo cae quien ha estado de pie,
los que no se han caído es porque se han arrastrado toda su vida,
todas tus acciones yo la compilé,
porque se pasa la página pero en el fondo nunca se olvida.

De la ambición a la avaricia hay una línea delgada,
tan fina que puede cruzarse en una mala jugada,
pueden tener hasta la misma finalidad trazada,
pero en una sí y en otra no hay personas lastimadas,
creo que ese detalle a ti se te olvidó,
o preferiste pasar por encima como si fuese un difunto,
no es como quisiste y todo se jodió,
pasamos tantas comas, por fin llegó el momento del último punto.
