This contest entry has to be the best entry I've seen by far. The Steemit team for example they have over 50k steem in their account and I don't think I've ever seen a situation where they used it to vote someone so why not just maybe delegate it to a worthy active community.

Also I'm not sure about a steem application tho, applications often come with numerous bugs especially when they are launched newly I doubt that would work out well at the beginning.

Then finally, including the binance platform would be more than just a splendid idea, so many steemians utilize binance but due to the long process involved, they end up losing funds in the most painful ways possible. If there was a way to make the sending and receiving of steem as easy as it is to trade sbd for steem and it would appear in our accounts, it would go a long way to reduce missing funds, username errors and so on.
