Eid-ul Adha is a great festival celebrated by the Muslim ummah to mark Prophet Ibrahim’s devotion to God and his willingness to sacrifice his son (Ismail). At the verge of sacrifice, God replaced Ismail with a ram which was to be slaughtered on behalf of Ismail.
