Assalam Alaikum, I hope everyone is happy and doing great. I would like to share my daily office routine.
Wakeup Call
I usually wake up late in the morning due to late-night sleeping habits. But I try to sleep at least at 01:00 AM at night. My wife always says to me to make a habit of early sleeping and to control my online social media usage. But today, I woke up at 06:00 AM because these are payroll days and I have a responsibility to make 200 people salary and compensation.
Job responsibilities
I'm working in an FMCG company based in Lahore Pakistan. I joined them in March 2021 after getting married and working in Human resource management as an HR officer. I have a central region of my company and to manage all employees legal matters and development is on my shoulder. This job requires strong communication and a can-do attitude. In my job, even minor mistakes are not even allowed because they can cost my company a lot. So, make sure every document is well written and verified. I manage daily HR operations and job posting on social media and candidates shortlisting and interviewing.
Today I had an urgent at home when my mom called me for work. I left the office at 04:00 PM and headed towards my home. She was needed some medicines and I didn’t have cash in my wallet. So, I went to an ATM and withdrawal some cash for medicines.
I purchased diabetes medicines for her. When I reached home, my mother was in a good condition and asked me to go to a grocery store to buy few things.
Normally, I reached home in the evening due to traffic issues in the evening time. the road which leads to my office does not have heavy traffic but sometimes you are stuck in the traffic and it could be for hours. But one good thing about it is does not have dust on road other than all the roads that lead to my office.
My side Hustle
I am also running an export business and do social media marketing for my second time mostly late at night. I am a hardworking guy full of ambitions and dreams. So, it's obvious if you have dreams then you need to work hard and be smart. We need to take firm actions and successful habits.
Finally, it was my ordinary day and I must say, I’m living a happy life with my family and cute little daughter. Once, Allah gave me a little prince my life has been totally changed. Having a work-life balance and peaceful mind, everyone can live a healthy and happy life
