hey Steemians ! Hope y'all doing great
I was off for the last few days as I was sick. I wasn't feeling good this happens when your health gets down. On these kinda days one should really take some rest so that's what I did. For the last few days, I just stayed at home and took some rest to fuel myself up against the race of life because it never stops, does it?
What I did do to fuel myself again?
Woke up early in the morning for a little exercise, not a hard workout just like getting a little sweaty, and a few push-ups and 10 minutes of yoga for some self-reflection session.
kinda felt a Lil stuck so whenever I feel that way I try to find some quiet and nice place where I can hide and peak into my soul
So this is the sixth floor of a building with a view nice church garden and cardiology hospital in front of you, and the floor is totally empty as it is under construction. when I sit there I wonder someday someone gonna have a lot of memories in this room where I am sitting rn like I am having rn and the cycle goes on.
Had ice cream at Macdonald's to swallow the sorrows and came back home to have a great start again!
And I'd like to end today's blog with a famous saying
It's not about how many times you fall it's about how many times you get up and thrive for life again
