Assalamualikum! , hope you all are well and giving your best on @steemit-pak. This diary is about my first dish I prepared with my sister.

It was saturday, I woke up at 5:00 prayed fjr and fall asleep because i dont have to go university .I woke at 9:00 . My Mom is a teacher so she has to go school even on Saturdays. Me and my sister decided to cook food before my mom came. It was my first time to cook a meal , I've only prepared tea and omelette before , well don't judge me . My sister has cooked alot of food before and it tastes delicious . We started searching for something to be cooked in fridge , and we find paye( bone broth made from goats feet ) , so we decided to make Mutton Paye.
I told my sister to just guide me and I'll do it , but eventually i took alot of help from her🙃

So first i took a big steel bowl(pateela) and added 1 cup oil in it. When its hot I added some finely chopped 2 onions and fried until its golden brown. Then added 2 Bay leaves and 2 spoons of home made garlic ginger paste and then added washed mutton paye init and mix it for a while .

Then added ground coriander 2 tablespoons
Curcumin(Haldi) 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Salt almost 1 tablespoon
Garam masala 1 tea spoon
And mix it well then added 1 cup of fresh yogurt and after mixing added a jug of water and left it high flame for 2-3 hours

While i prayed zohar namaz and also did home chores. My dad came home for lunch , he was surprised to see me cooking well that was a good change I guess , it wasn't that difficult and irritating as i thought it would be . My mom also came and she was so happy.
At lunch I garnished it with coriander and lemon and served it . We also sent some payee to our neighbours as it brings Beatitude.
Some of my relatives also cameover to invite us to their daughters wedding ,we ate lunch together , it was cooked perfectly Alhamdullilah and tasted good. My father gave me 5,000 rupees for my first dish and alot of duas that matters alot to me.

My cousins stayed ,so i got busy in hospitality , we bought cake and some balloons to decorate room as it was 19th birthday of one of my cousin . Afterwards we went park near to our house for walking where we bought icecream.

At 9:00 we came back , I did my assignment and submitted it on time and went directly to sleep .That's all , it was my yesterdays diary , hope you like it keep me in your prayers
