The culture of our village

I am a resident of Rokhri, Union Council, District Mianwali, Punjab Province, Pakistan, and our village name is Dera Begokhel, our village is located six kilometers from the river Indus.
The people of this village belong to very simple and middle class families, agriculture sector is given priority here, the population is very small but in terms of land area this village is very vast.
If you go to the fields, you will see cuttings of grass growing naturally and herbs of different colors and species.

The life of the village is very simple and dignified, there is no public rush, no rush of cars, here only rush will be seen on the occasion of marriage or if someone dies, then all the relatives and friends would gather. They help each other in every work and share their sorrows.
The climate of the village is fresh and cool but the sun is very harsh here. The color of the trees and plants in the village clearly indicates that this plant belongs to the village because the trees growing in the open fields are always covered with dust. due to which their color does not look fresh, but when it rains, everything looks green.
The village customs and lifestyle are very different from the cities, the clothes and behavior of the people here are also very unique and the hobbies of the village people are also strange and unique.

Successful village people

People who have their own agricultural land are successful here because canal water and tube well facilities are available and both winter and summer crops are cultivated here wheat cotton groundnut millet sugarcane all these crops are grown here. And their production is also high.
The big landowners of the village cultivate all these crops depending on the season, from cultivation to harvesting, every work is done by giving labor to the laborer. They run the system of their house by working hard.

Most of the people here keep chickens, goats, cows, sheep, hunting dogs and fighting donkeys with great passion and feel proud of their hobby, but it is not a condition to be rich or poor in this hobby. All kinds of people have this hobby. is found.
Big fairs are held to fight the Asil roosters and prizes up to ten million are kept, but there is also a tradition that is not believed here that the people here like to slaughter and eat the chickens of their own breed but do not sell them. Can give as a gift to a friend but do not take money in return

There are primary, middle and high schools in the village, but there is nothing special about the education here. The children go to school in the morning. When they come back home, they are more interested in sports than in studies, and in the evening, all the children of the village are in one place. They gather and play together.
Children are very simple and gentle, here the favorite games of children are cricket, street stick and bante are played with great enthusiasm.
But one thing that is most important and interesting is that the people of the village love each other, they don't hold grudges against each other, but live together like brothers. May Allah help these poor people. Remember Allah Hafiz in prayers Amen.
