Actually my friend purchased a house here so he wanted us to see his new house.

Actually some payments are due on him so he didn't shifted here. He told me that possession payment is not done yet.
Have seen many families enjoying their but for normal person it gets little difficult to have only branded markets with high cost.
The maintenance cost is 3000 PKR every month but can be seen that it got perfectly utilized so obviously no one would Hesitate to pay :)

Agreed the standard of living their is pretty high
Bahria town is one the best projects in karachi and it will totally change the lifestyle of people living there but still not alot of families have shifted there and i think the project is still not 100% completed.
The photographs are great the murree view is the best one.

Yes the construction is still going on but till now around 40-50% booked houses are already getting used by people.
Thats great then if people have started to live there...
Bahria town is really a beautiful place in Karachi There are many more beautiful places in Karachi but Bahia town is an attractive place I came to Karachi 5 months ago and also visited Bahria town such a beautiful place and nice photography .🙂
Agree with you actually the Maintenance and Mind blowing creative ideas of Malik Riaz made it possible ( not a big fan of him but still he has done A big thing than those corrupt politicians who are just eating )
