Steemit Engagement Challenge Week # 3 || Defend The Statements || Be the Critical thinkers we want to see!

Hello beautiful people of steemit and this beautiful community it is a pleasure participating in week 3 of the engagement challenge. Even though the second week has not been very easy with me. This was due to other duty calls. I am so delighted to be part of this week three contest. We keep steemimg on
A WOMAN'S PLACE IS IN THE KITCHEN
When I heard of this topic I took time to laugh and shared with my neighbors I have been convincing them to join steemit. I told them how interesting it could be to share your ideas on a wonderful platform like this.
My argument as far as this topic is concern is very logical. This is the 21st century like most people will say, a period of enlightenment a period where we hear women empowerment here and there. Before I put up this argument I will like us to have a through back in those days when our mothers just use to stay home, make good meals, take care of the kids , organize the home and put everything in order.
These moments felt like the engine is running smoothly and everyone use to be happy. Today what is happening? Everyone claims to be busy and the expense of the children. Food is cooked in a rush, assignments for kids are hardly done on time and the kids hardly feel that motherly presence anymore.
Ok now let me be very to what it actually mean for a woman's place to be in the kitchen .This equally means she is a house manager. Being a house manger means she handles everything at home. If this is the case then I strongly say, yes her place is at the kitchen. This is because,
The home will be kept in order; the children will be well taken care of. Food prepared by the woman can’t hardly be compared with food bought.Thes are some of those duties a woman will perform if given the opportunity to run the home .
Well let us look at it from another angle. If a woman does all these and at the end of the day she is not being given enough money to take care of herself then she will properperly not remain in the kitchen. Her place is definitely not in the Kitchen.
To conclude, if your woman must stay in the kitchen then provide adequately for her without complaining.
If you think she needs to support you financially, then look for a house her to assist with the house chores.
Well, all these conditions will vary from one man to another and from one home to another. Whether a woman remains in the kitchen or not it is suppose to be the decision of both the woman and the wife.
VOTES ARE NOT GUARANTEED
When I joined steemit I did not know anything as voting. When I later knew about voting I thought all votes were to carry equal weight but I was shocked when I vote and I saw nothing popping up .hahahahah,…..Now when we create posts filled with a lot of content the least we expecte is that this post should be voted upon this is everybody's wish. A majority of these posts are voted a few are not voted due to some reasons best known to curators . But we do not stop creating contents. Well most people get discourage and leave the platform.
Are votes really guaranteed? No ! votes are not guaranteed ,Many posts are dropped on minute basis it is not possible for curators to curate these posts on the same day . Before the voting manna is recharged your post might have become too old to be curated. Curators are constantly looking for recent posts and quality posts for that matter.So not all posts fit this standard.So not all posts will get a vote.
Curation at times is greatly the choice of the curators so you may not necessarily have a say.
So due to these conditions votes are not really guaranteed in this platform .
However, i watched my very high quality posts with much content always curated.
So i put to you, you must work hard, stay consistent stay interactive and most importantly use the right tags. A majority of your posts will be curated .
But i am so delighted with the actions of the steemitblog by decentralising the curation team No matter any area you are passionate about there is a curation team team dedicated in voting your posts.
However , the aim of the platform is to create a wide interaction with people of the world, with no barrier to tribe or religion. Blog for passion and the votes will always come.
MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN LOVE
Another funny one. I hear a lot of people say I love, I love you, yet they have nothing to offer .The Bible says God so loved the world that he sent his only son to die for us.. that sacrifice . so if you claim you love without spending then you lie. For you to love you are suppose to give ….what are you giving???????Love is both physical and mental.
When you have money everything follows. When I give my mother money to take care of her hospitals bills and any other thing I always here her smile. But when I tell her mum you will get well soon while she is sick, she will just accept but would not smile.
Well I have seen very rich homes with sad faces . and relationships with a lot of money but violence everywhere . So many rich kids that are spoiled.
To conclude I will say money is a necessity but not to be compared with love . love is paramount .

Your assertion might be right but what was it that pushed women to the work? When a man works alone to provide for the family, in most cases, he dies first and at the end the woman becomes a laughing stock, a pitiable one at that, begging for arms without a way out. In this modern time, man and woman does the work and in most cases, the cooking together so that everyone understands what it takes to do both. When the woman is the first to kick the bucket, what happens to the man who can't even arrange a simple food for the kids, he remarried and leave the kids at the mercy of a woman who may not even treat them well. I see a great balance in your argument .This is modern times indeed.. Eventhough i try to balance this view in my write up , to be frank with you i have observed women who work to look far better than those who stay home as complete housewifes.
Morseo, when the work is shared it becomes lighter and it enhances love and communication.....

Actually this is the wish of so many men but they have failed to provide all the needs of the home reason why women want to help. Also men have pushed women out as some will constantly throwing insults at their wives for not contributing anything financial to the family. Remember a hand can't tie a bundle.

Many people still try to compare love and money.some say when there is money ,love will eventually come and others love without money makes no sense,but you are right,money is necessity but should not be compare with love because love is Paramount
Well, love is paramount but these days, money makes the world go round. I admire your argument on women and kitchen. Truth is the kitchen is the engine room of the house. When women for their best in that power house, the house runs smoothly. Well done. Good luck in the contest.
Women are stronger in the kitchen and no one can ever dispute that, I strongly believe that no matter what a woman is doing she can still actively do chores in the kitchen and keep the home running,

My brother @breez.com money is not the only thing you can offer to someone you love.
We all know that God loves us but did he offer money to the world?? There are other things that one can offer you that is more than money. It can be time, it can be affection, or anything else depending on people. It is rather unfortunate that people think that giving money is an act of love. It accompanies love not to be confused.

Nice write up my friend .I will like to disagree with that part a woman place is not in the kitchen .it was during the Pre-colonial era the people had that mentality that women are exempted from doing other things except taking care of the family and cooking as you rightly said .most leaders nowadays are woman you have proven to have play a greater role inthe society than men .a woman can’t solely depend on the man because a man can lost his job or die .living the woman with kids to care of them .what will she do in that case .also is only us Africans who thinks kitchen work is only for woman .I think irrespective of who are there is a need not only to provide food but also to pastispate in cooking process .Is not only women who eat but men as well eats more than women.lastly I have read many posts giving money priority to money than love for I think love first before any other thing

the truth is that my dear , a woman is first of all a house manager forget that thing they tell you in western countries . That is where derive joy and fulfilment . Especially when it is the decision of the husband . Remember you must respect your husband says the bible....😊😊😍😍😍🤣🤣🤣
well but not withstanding i will not love my wife to remain in the kitchen because she needs to fight with me to alleviate poverty but if i were to be a millionaire she won't stress but still take care of the house 🤣🤣🤣

I believe sacrifice cannot be measured only in montary terms. Yes God sacrifice what he loved most but he Jesus Christ wasn't money.
So I think I should go borne a child so that I can sacrifice him for love. 😂😂😂😂
