ASSLAMUALIKUM

HELLO EVERYONE! I hope everyone had a great day. My day went pretty well. I went out with my friends and going out with friends can never be dull.

So, I started my day at 11 am. I had an online pak studies class. After taking the class, I ate breakfast and inmediately went to my room to get dressesd.

GCU:

My friends and I decided to attend the harry potter themed festival. It was a sudden plan. My friends had to come at my place so, then we could all go together. We were suppossed to leave at 2pm, but my friend's only talent is to be late at every ocassion. And thats the only thing we fight about. Anyhow, we reached there at 3:30 pm and a friend was already waiting there for us. It was my first time visiting gcu. The buildings (the ones i saw) were magnificient. I could not explore the whole gcu as outsiders were restricted to a specific area.

Festival:

I am a harry potter fan. I have seen all his movies, twice. I was really excited to see the movie that gcu remaked but unfortunately we didnot get the passes. Only passes available were from 7 to 9 pm and I am not allowed to stay out of the house after maghrib. I was extremely sad and disappointed. Anyways, we went to the festival.

It was decorated with bits and pieces taken from the movies. It was magical. It was totally giving off Hogwart vibes. I didnot take much pictures because I was busy exploring.

Everything was very well arranged. Its nothing less than a wonderland, if you are a harry potter fan. You will most probably get lost there. It was a very cool experience. Although I regret not watching the movie. Anyways, we went out and ate gol gappy. I love gol gappe🥸.

A fun adventure:

Now, it was time to come back home. Out of nowhere, we decided to come back on orange train. After a long walk of 30 minutes we reached the anarkali station. We were just a bunch of teenagers who didnot know what they were doing. Only one of us had travelled on an orange train before. Honestly, I was scared because I didnot know whether it was safe or not.

My ammi told me not to take train, but I was feeling very adventrous. Later, she was impressed that we are smart enough to travel on a train without getting lost. It was a very fun experience.

Then we left the train at a station near my house. We all walked to my house. We ate biryani that my ammi made for us. Later, my friends left. I sat with my brothers and bored them by telling every little detail about my day. I was very tired so I decided to sleep at 10 pm( which is quite early for me.)
Its all these little moments that makes me feel alive. 2021 hasnot been nice to me but this was one of the most memorable and fun day, that I will never forget. I hope you enjoyed reading it.
