Morning
Hi every one. Yesterday i was having very high heart rate that was around 124bpm. So today i thought its not a good idea to have tea. Although a cup of tea would be fine but i had suffered a lot yesterday so i decided not yo drink tea today. Instead an idea came up in my mind to make iced tea. I boiled few leaves of green tea with only a pinch of black tea. Then i let it cool and add some honey and lemon in it with crushed ice. I didn't have anything to enhance the flavor like cinnamon or mint leaves but still it taste sooooo good.

This is my recipe of home made iced tea. Its not only tasty but can also be used as an alternate of tea. As the weather is getting really hot, this refreshing tea won't make you feel dehydrated even in summer.
Then i rushed towards the school. I was expecting to have some headache today due to lack of caffeine intake. But luckily i didn't have that.
Afternoon and evening
I came home and started cleaning. Don't know from where a big cockroach came to my house. And to even more surprise it was dead 😋😋 so i just throw its dead body in flush. Thank god it was already dead else i got very scared.
Today i decided to make potato chaat along with moong pulse and rice. So i just boiled the potatoes and put the pulse to cook on low flame.
Meanwhile i continue with the cleaning and dusting of house. From Tuesday its heat wave here in the city. Although houses are very cool and i don't even feel any sign of heat wave at home but it has made the weather very very dry. When i woke up my nose, throat and lips were extremely dry. So i had a check on my water intake. Although i am drinking plenty of water but dryness didn't seem to get any improved. In winter my husband bought me the Maybelline baby lips. I thought that winters are about to end. I would not be using this before next winters

But the weather is soo dey i had to use this even in summer. Its texture is very nice and light. It fully moist the lips and you need not to re apply before couple of hours.
My meal got ready as well.

Night
I had the moong pulse with boiled rice. The viral i suffered from is not yet fully gone. I still had the flu and my nose is continuously runny. Since its already runny so i thought its not necessary to have steam. But today i was having pain beneath eyes and on jaw line. Its due to the flu being stuck. Don't know why i am having this pain when my nose is runny. So i made a hot drink to have before bedtime. I boiled green tea leaves with cloves and cinnamon. Then i had this after putting some honey. It gave instant relieve from the pain.

Hopefully i will feel much better in the morning.
