Hello everyone, how are you, I hope you are fine wherever you are, on this occasion I will tell you a little about how I cook my family's lunch menu with fresh and healthy vegetables for us to consume, even though I really don't I want to cook because my thoughts are not good, because I think about my father who is still sick but I have to do it because it's a pity that the children and husband eat without side dishes so I have to do it, my family is my soul mate, that's fine I don't want to tell a long story because my goal is to sharing an easy recipe here, hopefully it's useful and let's move on to the main menu.

First I have to puree the spices using a blender, I have cut the vegetables according to taste and put them in a frying pan after I have cleaned it thoroughly and I pour the spices that I have ground earlier into it, add a little salt.

I took coconut which I had grated finely and I took enough coconut milk, then I poured it into the pan which already contained vegetables and ground spices.

As you can see, this is what my cooking looks like today, after that I turned on the heat to medium and had to stir it because the sauce was already boiling, I had to wait for it to become soft, I didn't wait long, finally the vegetables were cooked and ready to be served.
