Time is one of the most precious things we have yet it is so easy to overlook. Every moment matters and once its gone we can never reclaim it. Time flows like a river and just as we can never touch the same water twice the moments that pass us by are lost forever.

When asked about the greatest mistake in life the answer is clear: believing we have more time. Time is free but it's invaluable.
You can't own it but you can choose how to use it. You can not hold on to it but you can decide where to spend it. once its lost you never get it back.

While money can be earned and saved time is a resource that once spent is irretrievable.

Yet we tend to be careful with money, planning and budgeting our spending but we often neglect to do the same with our time.

This is a dangerous assumption that time is abundant. In reality time is our most limited resource. You can use your time to earn money but no amount of money can ever buy back lost time.

Time is distributed equally to everyone but it's what we choose to do with it that sets us apart. Every second you save is a step toward a better future.

Begin each day with the mindset that you won’t waste a moment. Remind yourself that I will use my time wisely and with purpose.

Once you truly understand the value of time you will naturally avoid wasting it.
Instead of mindlessly scrolling through social media or engaging in pointless arguments you will channel your energy into meaningful actions and focus on your goals.

I have also fallen into the trap of wasting time. Sometimes I pick up my phone to study then find myself lost in social media. It happens to the best of us. But the key is recognizing this and making a change.

Treat time with the same importance as you do money.
Focus on being productive.
Limit distractions especially from social media.
Stay committed and motivated.
Avoid unnecessary conflicts.

It is essential to evolve with time because if you do not, time will force you to change and that can be a harsh lesson. The wrong use of time can have serious consequences.

One of my favorite sayings about time is that its perception is tied to our emotions. Time feels slow when you are waiting and fast when you are running late. It feels unbearable when you are sad and seems never ending when you are in pain. When you are bored it stretches on.
