My Favorite Festival

in Steem Nations2 months ago

Greetings friends,

Friends, welcome all of you to my today's post. I hope you all are happy and healthy. Friends, today in this post again I am going to participate in a contest. I would like to thank @Steem-Nations because it is because of them that I am able to participate in this contest. I am requesting Steem-Nations to continue announcing contests like this so that I can participate even more.

Which festivals are celebrated in your religion, village, city, local area or country?

Friends, India is a country of festivals. There are so many religions here that there is a festival every day. However, according to the religion, the majority of the people of each religion is different and according to the expansion, all the people are settled in different areas, hence not every festival is celebrated with great pomp and show in every area. Celebration of that festival is seen in the areas where people of that religion are settled. Apart from religion, there are many local festivals as well as national ones.

Republic Day

There are many religions in India but the majority of Hindu, Muslim, Sikh and Christian religions is very high. Many religious festivals like Durga Puja, Ganesh Chaturthi, Holi, Diwali, Muharram, Eid, Good Friday, Christmas, Guru Nanak Jayanti and Lohri are celebrated here. Street Day, City Day, Gujarat Day, Vocational Day, VMC Day and many such festivals are celebrated locally. Apart from this, national festivals like Independence Day, Republic Day, Makar Sankranti and Gandhi Jayanti are celebrated.

Which is your favorite festival among all these festivals and why?

Out of all these, my favorite festival is Eid-e-Milad because this day is the birthday of Prophet Mohammad Mustufa Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. He gave the message of love and peace to the whole world. His family i.e. Maula Ali, Bibi Fatima, Imam Hassan, Imam Hussain and Bibi Zainab were brought up in such a way that all of them were martyred in Karbala but they gave the message of peace and love. Mohammad Shahab has helped women achieve a great position in the world and has given them respect in the world. Rasulullah has also taught us to do business with honor and eat Halal food, that is why I feel very happy in celebrating his birthday and this birthday is celebrated in the name of Eid-e-Milad, which is the biggest Eid of Islam religion.

How did you celebrate your favorite festival last time?

This time on Eid-e-Milad I got ready early in the morning. I had prepared my son along with me. Had gone in the procession with my son. Niyaz was being distributed to all the people in the procession and no rich or poor were seen in it, rather everyone was fed food with equal respect. After coming home, I read Fatiha and divided it among the milk-serving people. After that I went to the mosque with my son, so in this way I celebrated Eid-e-Milad very well.

I want to invite such people in this contest who will themselves participate in this contest and other people will also get inspiration from them and they will also do power-up. In this contest, I am giving the names of @pathanapsana @josepha and @nahela who are my trustworthy people.

THANK YOU

India stands for encompassing many religions within itself and unity in diversity is our identity. My friends, I hardly know any festival which I have not celebrated, no matter which religion it belongs to. I am proud to be a part of the Steemit team which stands for unity in diversity like India.
