Common mistakes we do in bullrun ✍️
Good evening to all my friends. I hope you all are doing well. I am having a fantastic day. Let's talk about crypto market. Bitcoin is ranging from 90k to 98k from last few days, as i said yesterday it's good for altcoins. Today i am going to discuss about common mistakes we often do during bull. We have seen large-cap altcoins pump 4x to 5x recently. Typically, during a bull run, each altcoin follows a different cycle. Some altcoins pump early, while others rally later. For example, recently, Bitcoin was outperforming the market, but in the last 10-15 days, it has been on a downtrend, whereas large-cap altcoins like XRP, Dogecoin, and Cardano are trading at new highs. One common mistake investors make is trying to chase pumps in coins that haven't performed well, while selling strong coins from their portfolios. This often leads to losses. For example, many investors have been shorting XRP recently, expecting a downtrend, but during a bull run, shorting coins can be dangerous as they may continue rising.
Remember, during a bull run, avoid shorting strong coins and chasing pumps. Most investors mistakenly sell strong coins and short those that have already pumped, which leads to short squeezes and further price rises. If you're holding fundamentally strong coins, just hold on to them. We discussed that money is currently flowing into large-cap altcoins, and we may soon see this flow shift to mid-cap or low-cap altcoins. If XRP's market cap increased by $110 billion in just a month, imagine how far altcoins could go with that much money flowing into them. Bitcoin dominance has also broken its support, indicating potential further decline. Meanwhile, altcoins are showing positive signs, with the bullish trend in some altcoins like Theta. That's it for today. Thanks & have a good day!!
