Okay, get into that bottle mr genius and I dump it into the... Etna, Vesuvius? Japan is not in the direction of Tír na nÓg but you can also ask mr Deadpool since his name says it all. Not my type of guy but instead of wishing you have the power to arrange it. Only the powerless can make one wish if they have a genie willing to grant it.
