- What is emotional intelligence, and why is it vital for leaders?
intelligence in providing the best service to others as leaders, we must not be too emotional towards the people we lead, we must cultivate a personality so that we can enjoy people who are useful to colleagues, because in forming strategies in the work we have, emotional principles should not exist in ourselves because if this happens often, then every work that is built will never succeed because we have too many emotional in us. Because we as leaders are very important to keep emotions in every job, but if we can't control our emotions ourselves, maybe the workers will never feel at home
- How can leaders manage their emotions effectively?
Sometimes in every job we face, maybe many things happen to the company or even to each employee because of their negligence when filling out a certain program, if your employee has a mistake at work, you don't need to be emotional towards them, you need to be firm in order to maintain the comfort of your coconut-working employees, because of course every person has a mistake when doing various jobs, he may have a little personality problem that is not can be said to everyone. We as leaders take care of emotions so that all the work can be improved by your employees if you are emotional about it may not be very good for their growth and your own company... Keep them enthusiastic in carrying out any job
- How does empathy enhance leadership?
You are a leader, you actually know the right way to overcome everything about their feelings, of course, by explaining to them that so that they feel happy and happy, because if we often do things that workers don't want, maybe they will also feel tired for the main thing, the most important thing is to share solutions for the employees who work.
