Majority of us like street food. This blog can be going to be interesting for foodie lovers. In this blog I will share the details about my city special recipe.

I am from Mumbai city in India. In my city there are numbers are special dishesh available and you will find people at every side having a food.

The first city special recipe is "Vada Paav", there are many small hotels startup build on just selling by "Vada Paav". 👇

Vada Pav.

"Vada Pav" is also famous as Indian Burger. This "Vada Paav" dish. "Vada" is made up of spicy potato veg coated with gram flour. It's the quickest take out meal that's why people loved it most. The "Vada" is a vegetable filling made of spices and potatoes, and it is then wrapped in "Pav" as Indian bread.

The Vada Pav served with chutney, there are multiple chutneys but commanly spicy and sweet these two chutneys are served. You can spread this chutneys in Pav on both sides and then put Vada between them. There is no specific restaurant needed to get Vada Pav, it is almost available at every corner in Mumbai.

The Vada Pav is not much costly but the price of Vada pav is differ based on additional content add on like Chees, Spicy gravy, the basic price of Vada pav is INR 12 to INR 15 (Steem 0.728 - Steem 0.910). For some people it's a lunch or dinner.

On the second city special recipe is "Pani Puri". The Pani Puri mostly loved womens. Pani puri also referred to as golgappa or puchka in various Indian countries. 👇

Mostly the timing for Pani Puri start from the evening. For Pani Puri also, there is no specific restaurant needed as it is available at most of the corners like raliway stations, market sides, crowded area. Also, its a specially served at the beach side in mumbai.

Pani Puri is made up of small and light hollow, circular puris (crispy Fried dough balls) stuffed with a combination of chickpeas, potato, onion, tamarind chutney, chili, and chaat masala. The flavored water used is called pani. which is typically tangy and spicy, is poured into the puris, creating a rush of textures and tastes with every bite.

Pani Puri is loved by veryone of all ages because of its savory, refreshing flavor. This is one of the favorite street food that people enjoyed. Sometime people also made it in home for small party.

The Pani Puri also is not costly, but its price can differ based on location, mostly at beach side it is quite costly. However, the basic price of Pani Puri is INR 20 to INR 25 (Steem 1.211 to Steem 1.514).
