Painting / Calligraphy : Sasta General Store :-)
I hope you're all enjoying life to the fullest. I received a call on my mobile this morning from a customer who wanted me to do some painting and calligraphy at their general store.
I'm always ready to take on such tasks, so I quickly prepared my painting tools and headed to the store. The background had an emulsion base, so I decided to use watercolors for the calligraphy. But I don't use ordinary watercolors - I mix them with different materials to make them last longer.

Then, I wrote down the details of what I had to paint on paper and began my work. The most interesting thing was that the name of the general store was SASTA GENERAL STORE (which means "cheap" in English). It's ironic because prices are rising everywhere, and naming a store "cheap" seems like a contradiction. But, of course, the affordability of the items sold there doesn't necessarily reflect the price.

The weather was quite hot, but I didn't let it bother me during my work because my focus was entirely on the task at hand. This shop also offered communication services, so I first wrote 'Z.S Communication' in red on one wall, and 'Sasta General Store' in black on another wall. I also wrote the other details in different colors. All the calligraphy was done in the Urdu language. And maybe, my friends who don't understand Urdu might find it boring, but I apologize for that. My purpose is to showcase my artwork to you.
You can see that I wrote 'MASHALLAH' (an Arabic phrase) and then highlighted all the main headings in different colors. And finally, when the calligraphy work was complete, I added my business signature 'Steem Art' and contact number at the bottom of the wall.
I shared the picture before starting the calligraphy work, and now you can see how different the store's front looks after the work is complete. It looks quite vibrant, but actually, I had to write everything that the customer demanded.

This is my first step for Steem Promotion. And I will complete all my upcoming painting orders and sign them with Steem Art. In this way, not only my customers but also passersby will become familiar with the name STEEM.
I would love to hear your feedback about my business signature - what do you think? Should I make any changes or is it fine as it is? I hope you'll share your thoughts about my work.

I wonder why you don't join the SEC contest with this. Art is beauty, this is entertaining to read, creative + talent are present just like set in the rules of the contest. I know they say you are not allowed to win a second time but still... if you use that hashtag more might see you.
I find it great, indeed a bit too much but customer is king. I love the Steemit signature.

You're right, this post could have been submitted as an entry for the SEC contest. But I wanted to write freely without any constraints.

Freedom is worth a lot I know the feeling so I understand you. I no longer join SEC contests and the last ones I twisted into my way. It's the same for the diary game. You know I wrote a diary on Steemit for a long time using the hashtag forthechildren. Later I wrote a kidsdiary and next thediarygame started. Somehow it took all charm away from diaries.
I can see you are talented and there will be more. I wish we could be together with like minded but it's hard to find them and if so the rules and moderating shouldn't take place. It kills creativity. I notice it myself.
Stay who you are, there's no need to do your best for a SEC you won't find like minded there.
I will for sure encourage and cheer on you because you deserve it.
I understand that a free-thinking writer like me, who can write without restrictions, may not be able to create a valuable post that simply answers questions or follows rules. That's just a superficial exercise. Sometimes, it feels necessary to break free from the shackles of conventional thinking.

But the questions is if it's worth your time. To be honest it didn't feel good to and up on a pile of Q&A no one reads.

Based on my observations, 30% of people follow the give-and-take rule, 50% completely ignore it, and 20% read and consider others' opinions, giving importance to your words and feeling obligated to respond
If that 20% is true it's higher than expected.

You got a call from a customer and he had to do some painting etc. and you are always ready to do the work. The name of his general store was cheap generals cover. So where are you getting it cheap but they can have any name they want and other activities are great and you have created a great painting and you have achieved success.
