  • Heart Diseas: Diets rich in unhelthy fats and sodium can elevte cholestrol levels and blood presure .
  • Digestive Isues: Low fiber intake from junk foood can cause constapation .
  • Fatty Liver Diseas: Overconsumtion of sugary foods can lead to fat accumaltion in the livr.
