RE: The Diary Game || My Food Diary ❤️☘️

• I like the fact that it's too early to go to bed there, but here people stay up late and eat dinner late.
• We have a lot of variety of food because people here are very fond of food, that's why I have show you to eat different things at every time of the day in my post.
•Thank you so much @wakeupkitty for checking me out and sharing your feedback with us

We wake up early - my family at 4 am at times 3 am - but the time for the meals are the same (if we have them)

7 am breakfast
12/noon lunch (it always was dinner = cooked meal)
6 pm dinner

A heavy meal takes 8+ hours to digest and influences the nightrest.

Around 1p/11 pm it's bedtime, to some earlier others later. It's a long run. We do not have the luxury of taking breaks, having a nap. It's work work work till you drop dead.

I myself eat between 3-6 pm if my children are back from school.
Now I only eat if I feel to it not more than once a day.
Yesterday I had a mug of kefir and a banana that is enough. My son made his own meal and ate something after work before he went to the pool.

Most people are fond of food but we lack a lot of it and it's getting worse. What is left doesn't taste very good unless you like chemicals. I don't, the smell and taste, palm fat and cheap margarine included, make me 🤢 so I rather eat not instead of wasting money and eating what I don't like.

By now I believe I can no longer eat much. What was served for dinner in my childhood I can't eat in a week. I remember the food did make me feel miserable and sick back then, especially on Sundays. I could simply not digest it but was forced to eat it all.
