I'm sorry I stopped here. It is out of my path, but I have worked with @rashid001 for the past 3 months. He is an honest and hardworking person even with his health issues and private matters.
It is bad to point a finger to his side by keeping faults in the other side.

1.My first suggestion, before requesting a CR or fighting, be together at least as a country. It is everyone's responsibility. Dear
@abdt you don't have to be a CR to vote and comment on others. 6 upvotes, 5 accounts is not enough when you have 809.09 SP dear. Everyone. You can be the best country if you work hard.
There are about 20members active in Pakistan. So why at least 5-6 doesn't vote for each other!
First, support each other. Read them and comment on them.
2.Second make your own curator account, as @steemit-pak already as 302.74 + 955.47 SP you guys can go with it. Select an unbias curator who can spend time for curating. Delegate it as you can and make it stronger.
3.Just stop thinking that CR is for one particular community. He is for whole members of the country. @rashid001 please make a long-term plan by considering the whole Pakistani community.
Making a good "Community" is more than making a "hive-xxxxx/" community

I have been doing my task as a Country Representative and supporting everyone equally.
Thankyou @randulakoralage, i have always been an admirer of yours and listening to those advices, that is all that i have been discussing with the members in STEEMIT PAKISTAN along with @rashid001 and @hassanabid.
I have been discussing the issue of upvoting and commenting on our member's post and soon we are looking to make small teams where we would be able to make more engagements.
I don't think to give an upvote to a post is that difficult. Before all these CR things, help each other individually and with good intentions. Intention matters 🙂. You know, we can't survive without help of the friend next to us. We harvest, what we planted. Simple theory of nature. You all be fine.
Yeah that's without a doubt an easy task. I have been doing efforts to make these little things stable in STEEMIT PAKISTAN. @rashid001 would be back with us soon and we are planning a meetup too :)
So we would be discussing all these points soon.

We are good and you are all right in your point @randulakoralage. But did you notice what's @rashid001 said: we are working for our selves only. This is not right.

I did not said he is not voting us 😂. Miss @randulakoralage I was saying he stopped posting and doing comments et cetra, in Steem Pakistan. As you said do comments and votes then I wrote these ☝️ lines in the answer of that. Then how you can take side of any one without judgement. Sorry my English is not good but I think I am trying to clear my point.

I think its @rashid001 choice to post in any community he wants..
As a country representative he has been supporting everyone equally by upvoting.....
I was also a member of @steem-pakistan but the admin of this community showed no respect to anyone's opionion and kept saying that "whatever admin wants will happen"
I think this is where the admin of @steem-pakistan forced me to leave this community...
Because respecting the members and their opinions should be the first priority for any community and i found that in @steemit-pak community....
And now i invite @abdt and @sardar-sani to come and join our community.
